Whole vs Skim Milk — what’s your stance?
For some time now a hot topic in the health community has been the debate over whether it’s better to consume whole milk or skim milk (more fat, but more satiating vs less calories but also less satisfying). The issue is that experts aren’t 100% sure if saturated fats contribute to heart disease or not. This winter the U.S. Dietary Guidelines committee will roll out a new set of finalized recommendations and I’m very interested to seewhat they say.
