Ok, I have a confession to make – I have been off the rails! I have been eating so terribly and, despite it being the start of my birthday week, it’s time to reign it in. I need something big to kickstart a much needed change in behavior and thought process and as such I have decided to take the 7 day water challenge. This means I have to drink 1 gallon of water each day for a week. If it goes well I may even extend it to 30 days, but I don’t want to get ahead of myself just yet 😜
I am thinking of infusing my water with fruit some of the time to help make it a little easier. I have attached some “spa water” ideas as well as some other helpful images in case you want to join me.
