Ok! It’s happening! My husband, mom and good friend are all joining me on a quest to get healthy. We are going to eat healthy foods (no more bagels for breakfast) and try to be as active as possible. I started today by walking 2 miles while pushing a double stroller. I did not anticipate the icebergs of snow still lingering, seemingly always in the way of my sidewalk path. It’s okay though, my boys thought it was hilarious.
I think I will try to start juicing for breakfast now. I only have a blender and I have no idea what to make. I will be on Pinterest later, but if any of you care to share your favorite recipes I would be most appreciative! Keep in mind I like it to not taste like veggies lol
