Anyone using fish oil?
My husband swears by it and says it helps soothe dry winter skin (in conjunction with Beautycounter lotion, of course). My dad also insists that if he misses his fish oil he feels knee pain!

Be aware that not all fish oil supplements are created equally, in fact the inexpensiveversions do absolutely nothing for you. Read the label and make sure it gives you the correct amount of DHA & EPA per serving. The recommended intake is 250 mg/day EPA/DHA for adults.
