Ok .. Confession time – I am a soy sauceaholic 🙈 I knew soy sauce was full of sodium, but after reading this article I am even more convinced that I need to switch to safer. Being that I’m a vegetarian lowering my soy intake has been hard for me. After reading an article about how bad tofu actually is for you I stopped feeding it to my boys, but it’s been harder for me because I truly love it. I never even thought to add soy sauce to my list of foods to start avoiding. Honestly though – I can’t live without it! I’m willing to give coconut aminos a try especially since they are so healthful. Ill report back!
Has anyone tried it? Does it taste just like soy sauce?
