Balancing your PH:
For a while now I’ve been seeing articles about acidic vs. alkaline foods and the importance of balancing your PH levels to improve your bodies overall health. As I looked into it more it seems that the validity and importance of doing so is a hot topic with much debate. From what I can tell it seems at the very least to be something worth learning about and I’m leaning toward being a believer. I will be making some changes to my diet accordingly by eating more alkaline foods and I’ll report back about how I feel.
