Bonus post for those of you who are parents of young children:
In anticipation of Daylight Savings (this Sunday, 3/13 @ 2 am), which I think we can all agree SUCKS, you may consider trying to put your kids to bed 15 minutes earlier every night leading up to Sunday. This article goes further into detail about how to do this.
Overview: try to put your kids down 15 minutes earlier than usual tonight, then 15 minutes earlier than that tomorrow, 15 minutes earlier than that on Friday, and then again on Saturday. This is the best chance at them being adjusted for Daylight Savings by Sunday morning wake up time.
